Located in the heart of Houston in the City of West University, the Marquis II is an iconic neighborhood bar that was established in 1945. The owner approached us to assist with the renovation of the existing parking lot. VE provided a more efficient parking lot layout, grading design to better convey stormwater away from the building, as well as obtained all required permits for the construction of the parking lot.
