The project consisted of a 35 lot single-family residential subdivision with a beautiful amenity pond at the center or the development. The site is located on the north side of Houston. VE provided land planning and civil engineering services including lot layout design, road design, grading, stormwater detention and conveyance, as well extension of corresponding utilities.
