The project consisted of a new express car wash within the Harper’s Preserve Subdivision. It is unofficially the second longest carwash in the world. VE provided civil site engineering services including site layout, grading, stormwater drainage conveyance, and corresponding utilities. In addition, the civil scope included providing an underground stormwater detention system in order to maximize the developable land.
