Harris County - El Franco Lee Service Plaza

VE provided civil engineering design services for the plaza that is situated in the heart of the City of Houston, adjacent to the Jury Assembly Building. The project composed of remodeling the existing plaza and creating a memorial to honor Harris County Commissioner El Franco Lee. The civil scope included sidewalk improvements, landscaping, walkways, and corresponding stormwater drainage improvements.
