The project consisted of the demolition of seventeen (17) 2- & 3-bedroom dwellings and parking lot and the construction of 32 single-units and new parking lot. VE provided civil site engineering services including site layout, grading, stormwater drainage conveyance, and corresponding utilities. In addition, the civil scope included several LID (low-impact development) features to remove pollutants from the stormwater runoff.
