The 17-acre site is located adjacent to the Conroe Airport and will be developed as the Park 336 Business Park. The project consists of nineteen office/warehouse buildings totaling 178,000 square feet. VE provided civil site engineering services including site layout, grading, stormwater drainage conveyance and detention, and corresponding utilities for the development.
