Located 2 miles west of Hobby Airport, the project is situated on a 5-acre tract and consists of an approximately 30,000 square-foot building that will be used primarily as a maintenance facility for rental equipment. VE provided civil site engineering services including site layout design, grading, stormwater drainage conveyance and detention, and extension of corresponding utilities.
